Practice
Bruce is a corporate and business lawyer. He concentrates his practice on significant corporate and business transactions. Bruce also has extensive commercial real estate experience.
Firm Affiliations
Bruce has been the principal of his own firm, Bruce H. Benson P.S., since 1998. From 1996 – 1998, he was of counsel at the Seattle office of Ater Wynne LLP. From 1984 – 1996, Bruce was a partner with the Seattle firm of Helsell Fetterman LLP. Bruce began his career with the Chicago firm of McBride, Baker & Coles, working with them from 1979 – 1984.
Education
Bruce obtained his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1979 and graduated with honors from Brandeis University in 1976.
